Xbox Internal Storage says it's full when it doesn't seem to be

We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning your storage on your Xbox One console not allowing you to further install any other games due to capacity being full when it actually isn't.

We recommend trying a power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

You can try this is you haven’t yet resolved your issue,

Unplug the power cable from the back of the router for a minute. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices. Restart your Xbox One console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to
open the Power Center.

Select Restart console or Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off.

After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.

After five minutes, plug the modem in first and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state as well.
