Hey there ! Just wanted To know if being disconnected from the game you are playing and send back to the main xbox menu is a new fonctionnality ? Happen a lot on new games

Dont fix what is not broken

You should have not changed the Interface on the XBOX one. It should have stayed the same as the Xbox 360. I like the old interface and so doesn't millions of others. Please give us the ability to switch to the old 360 interface on the Xbox one.
I hate the new interface.

Hi! Depending on the game, if it is online, you are usually directed to the console's home screen. But disconnections can be a sign of network problems.

 

Hey! Being disconnected can happen for a few reasons. One could be a lag spike in your internet connection. If it continues to happen, unplug it and wait about one to two minutes. If it continues, you may need a new router all together. Sometimes, it can
be the fact that just too many people are online or doing things that require graphics to run fast, aka just too much is going on.

I would suggest that you perform a
power cycle on your console when this type of behavior starts to happen frequently.

It would also probably be a good idea for you to download the 'Xbox Insider hub' to report the problem of the games crashing to your home dashboard.

Once you download the Xbox Insider hub. Simply hold down your controllers guide button to access the power menu.

Once on the power menu, select 'Report a problem' and then find the respective category to report the problem.

Reporting system issues helps everyone in the long run.
