Xbox installer freezes

    Xbox installer freezes


    I downloaded the Xbox installer, but when I launch it, it simply freezes, I have to stop it from task manager. the installation window initially opens where I have to agree with the terms and conditions and click "install" .. the moment I click the install
    button, it freezes. any help?

    I have my windows updated to the latest version available.

    There are lag, stop/start, freeze issues when playing an installed version of the game. You could try uninstalling and playing from the disc?

    This just freezes for a second or so though, not a full Xbox freeze.

    Screen Freeze Solution    ? Always a good first step! Also, is the game installed to your HDD? I don't see you mention that it is, would you be able to try installing it to see if this decreases freezing. Standing by! :)
