Xbox Installer freezes at 0%

When I try to installer the Xbox Installer to my PC it doesn't come up with any errors or issues and starts the process to install but the installation process bar doesn't move. I have been waiting for over 45 minutes now with no avail. I have restarted my PC and run as admin and tried a few other suggestions. The total amount of time I've tried to install this is 5 times over the span of 3 hours.

I have nothing in terms of errors that pop up when I try to install and it just stays stuck on "Making things awesome" and doesn't progress from this

About 45 hours, 0 freezes. Not installed and playing on a recently purchased reburshed elite.

It appears installing games wont work at all, whether Im connected or not, something obviously goes wrong! Installation stops if im offline, & it Freezes at 0% if im online, Hopefuly they'll make an effort to fix this!?

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention here on the forums. I understand you are having issues installing Forza Horizon 4 is that correct? Are you installing it on an Xbox One Console or Windows 10 PC? I recommend you check out these helpful support

I have 0 Lag , only freezing issues on loading screens and once in the game.
