Xbox- Installation Stopped

Discus and support Xbox- Installation Stopped in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So when I try to install Need For Speed rivals through EA Play, which is included with Game pass Ultimate, after maybe 5 percent it stops installing....     Xbox- Installation Stopped


    So when I try to install Need For Speed rivals through EA Play, which is included with Game pass Ultimate, after maybe 5 percent it stops installing. I've performed a power cycle and cleared my Mac address. Any methods to solve this?

    It is on Xbox, and after I resume the stopped installation, it stops after a few seconds with the same message "installation stopped".

    Hello Tarzan,

    Does the installation stop at a certain point always or is it random? You can try the

    installation problem guide     see if it helps any. Try disconnecting the external storage and install the updates see if it works.

    try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
    screen when you power it back up.

    reset router too and the try to continue the download
