    Xbox Installation Stopped


    So my Xbox One S was running out of space so I got a 2tb hardrive for my games. Recently, some of my games needed updates, but when I went to update them, it said "Installation Stopped". I have tried everything. I plugged my xbox into my Wi-Fi router and
    used a wired Wi-Fi connection for updates but that doesnt work. I have even tried updating the games on the Internal Storage but it still says installation stopped. Is this because of the External Storage and if so, how do I fix it?

    It is on Xbox, and after I resume the stopped installation, it stops after a few seconds with the same message "installation stopped".

    Hello Tarzan,

    Does the installation stop at a certain point always or is it random? You can try the

    installation problem guide     see if it helps any. Try disconnecting the external storage and install the updates see if it works.

    try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
    screen when you power it back up.

    reset router too and the try to continue the download
