Xbox Insider Update Preview Issues

I'm in the preview ring 4 for the update preview on the xbox insider app and I got an update yesterday and ever since I updated by xbox one has been very slow. Apps and games have either taken a long time to complete open to when I can use/play them or sometimes
wont even completely open at all. Anyone else having this issue and is there anyway to fix it?

I'm having the same issues. Uninstalled/reinstalled YouTube & now that's working again but I've reinstalled fallout4 since the update & it does not work along with anything else and my UI has slowed significantly. I saw on Reddit someone spoke to a representative
that told he/she to power cycle then remove and add their account but that hasn't worked for me.
