The current Xbox Insider Alpha release build is RS_XBOX_RELEASE_2007\19041.3432.200623-0000 (2007.200623-0000)

I'm assuming that you are referring to the Alpha Insider update. If so, report the bug via. the insider hub.

In the insider beta version of Xbox there is a atmos bug that has not yet been resolved.

But it seems a very different thing from yours
