Xbox Insider Program Internet Loss

My parnter and I were both in the Xbox Insiders Program. He updated his xbox with the newest xbox insider update, and he couldn't connect to the internet wirlessly or ethernet. I was able to use mine fine. We figured it was his xbox, so took it back to the
retailer we got it from. Get it home, everything is normal (without the insider program updates) I finally update my console with the latest updates, and now I can't stay connected to the internet long enough to do anything. My console has demanded a small
update after reconnecting for a short time and of course, wont update without internet connection. My partners console is still fine. We have tried rebooting the internet and the xboxes, and swapped between both ethernet and wireless connections. We even had
our modem replaced. We haven't seen any improvements whatsoever

Hmm okay. I would recommend reaching out to the
Microsoft Jackpot team on Facebook and send them a message. We are unable to see any in-game data for that so don't have a way to verify the loss of coins or replace them if they were lost.

I did contact Xbox Support, who told me I should send it in for repair!! And then they sent me here to find help. But i went and claimed warranty on my xbox. Needless to say, my partner and I will not be going back into the xbox insiders program
