Xbox Insider Program Error

Hello, I have gained access to an alpha testing for a game called: "Sea of Thieves". I however can't access this alpha testing because I currently have no access to the Xbox insider program. It says because of my past behavior I can't join the insider program.
However, my reputation is back to normal and in good standing. I contacted support and they said that I was invited but the invitation was declined. Thank you.

360 disc won't download on my Xbox One

Hey there Prodigy!

That particular error code relates to the
disc not being read by your console. You'll want to run through the
disc error troubleshooter and follow each of the steps listed there.

Hi

If you receive any enforcement actions against you this will prevent you from accessing the insider program for 12 months after the expiry of of any enforcement actions. Once this period has expired you will be able to access the insider program.

Are you in the Xbox Insider program? If so you should post this issue on the Reddit
Insider Forum and also use the Report a Problem feature of the Insider Hub.
