Xbox Insider Program Avatar Quest

I'm a member of the Delta Preview of Xbox Insiders. I went in the app earlier today and found a quest to create a new Avatar using the Xbox Avatar Editor. In step 1 of the quest it asks that you go to the Xbox Avatar Editor app in the "My Games and Apps"
section, however when I go to that section the app is not there. I've searched the store and only found the old Avatar app. I'm not sure how to complete the quest without the new Avatar app which I'm pretty sure it is wanting me to use. Where can I get the
new Avatar Editor?

Hm, when did this happen? I had no issue with accessing Avatar Editor.

 

It happened when I opened the Xbox Insider app on September 5. The quest was there but the Avatar app wasn't. I looked in both the Insider content and on the Xbox store and wasn't able to find it. I found the old Avatar app though on the store.

 

Tthe avatar beta app should automatically download after you update

 

I have the quest as wll bur cannot find the Avatar Editor app. I see the old one though. I figured it would update after a restart but it's been a few hours and nothing has changed.
