Xbox Insider problem

I was just recommended to use this site from a support call. The reason for this post is I'm having trouble with the insider hub. I'm signed in with the account that has the insider program. Under enrollment I have the option to choose beta. But upon clicking
the acceptance process and error code pops up. It says "Already registered! To make changes, sign in with the same account that signed up for this preview on this device." The thing about this, that the account is the main account. What should I do?

Preview Program forums, you should be able to post and request the console be unenrolled there.

Xbox insider problem

so I bought my Xbox on eBay not that long ago, and I noticed immediately that I've been receiving beta builds even though I didn't sign up for the program. I've contacted support before, but I'm still receiving beta builds. I've also tried unenrolling out
of the program by using the xbox insider hub, but it tells me to sign in using the same account that signed up for the preview on this device. Any suggestions?
