    Xbox Insider not working.


    I was invited to the insider program by my friend (GT: PumpkinPuncakes) a few hours ago. I can't join as it says over 18's only but my Xbox is set to 18 and over. My question is why can't it open the app?

    Hey there K1LL3R SHRIKE44.

    If you set your Xbox Live account with a birthdate that puts you under the age of 18 you'll need to wait until your birthday to promote yourself to an adult account. Keep in mind changing your age later will not change the child account status of your account.
