Xbox Insider Hub

To whomever this may concern. I was part of the original preview program when it first launched a few years back. After encountering problems I decided to opt out sometime last year however I just received a console update which I confirmed with social media
it has to do with the new Insider Program. I decided to download the Xbox Insider Hub app to opt out but an error pops up quoting “You are not able to join the Xbox Insider program because of your past behaviour”. I contacted an Xbox representative online
and was told to post in the forums. Does anyone know how to bypass this so I can manually opt out of the Xbox Insider program?

Sea of Thieves not showing in insider hub

Are you checking the insider hub on PC or XBOX?

I've played it on Xbox (Alpa insider) and in my PC insider hub it isn't showing. But on my xbox it still is.

 

Okay upon reviewing the forums from what I gather it looks like anyone who has had a previous enforcement action on their account in the last 12 months cannot access the Insider preview program. While I don’t agree with it, I can partially understand why
it’s implemented. However what I don’t get is why there isn't an option to opt out of the preview program from within the Insider Hub app during the initial 12 month suspension? The reason I wanted out in the first place was because I was experiencing hardware
issues. From my understanding once you opt out you can always sign back up however I never did such thing? Please advise on what to do. Also for some reason I cannot access the Insider program forums so you guys are my only hope to getting this fixed.

Preview Program forums for help with this. You can post there and ask them to remove your console from the Preview Program builds.
