on my xbox one, on xbox insider hub it say you are not able to join the xbox insider because of past behaviour but for the past year my behaviour was good, can u please let me join

Are you checking the insider hub on PC or XBOX?

I've played it on Xbox (Alpa insider) and in my PC insider hub it isn't showing. But on my xbox it still is.

In order to join you can't have any enforcement actions over the last 12 months. If you check enforcement.xbox.com do you see any within that time frame?

i am not able to see the preview program forums even though i am in preview program ring 4

 

Yes, I was on playing last night and was brought to the black screen saying that I need a console update to continue playing. That happened 3 times and all 3 had an error message. It never updated and it allowed me to go back to playing. I am in the preview
program as well. So I'm almost pretty sure that it was supposed to be the new update because I have seen where some people have already gotten it because of there personalized gamer pics. So I was wondering if it was the update and if it was can we please
get it fixed so that I can get the update.
