Xbox Insider hub says I'm underage but I'm not

Hi,

So here is the message :

We've detected that the person logging in is younger than 18 years old. Because agreements within the Xbox Insider Hub ask for permission to collect feedback and bug reports from participants, we require an adult to accept those terms dut to domestic and
international laws. At this time, we are unable to enroll you as an Xbox insider

Yet, I'm 18 years old so i should be able to connect.

Yes but my account is already an adult account, I don't need to change my date of birth because I'm 18. So I don't understand why I can't access Xbox Insider Hub

It is based on the age that was entered when creating the Xbox/Microsoft account. If I remember correctly, there is no way to change your date of birth on your Xbox account. Once the age entered on the account reaches its 18th birthday, you'll be able
to migrate it into an adult account.

Another option would be to fill out the Age
verification form.You cansubmit proof of age by filling out theAge verification Request.

After submitting this form, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails. Instructions on how you can monitor the status of your request will be included. Please do not submit multiple requests. You can expect an email response within
3 days.

I'm not sure what you mean by that. I load up the app and it doesn't even give me an option to log in, just says I'm under 18. I will give reddit a go too. Thank you
