    XBox Insider Hub on PC (Win 10)


    Hi folks

    I was told to ask this question here by MS support

    I cannot run the XBox Insider Hub on my Win 10 PC.

    when I choose the sign in button, I get the following error message;

    "Unspecified error (Excep_FromHResult 0x80004005) - (0x80004005)"

    I have uninstalled, re-started my PC and re-installed from the Win 10 Apps store. (and have done so several times)

    I am logged into my pc with my correct email and identity.

    My PC is a very high end gaming machine with a high quality graphics card (980ti) and plenty of RAM (12GB) and I have no problems with any other programs.

    This issue only came to my notice last weekend as I was invited to take part in the testing of Sea of Thieves.

    Xbox insider hub Win 10 error

    Hello, i got my technical alpha access for Sea of Thieves, but when i try to join/download from Xbox Insider Hub i'm getting an error with my registration. It say's "There is a problem, try registering again later. We coudn't process your registration."

    The technical alpha is in my account, and this error page appears when i try to acces my insider content of the game!

    critical and important Windows Updates by following the steps on this

    You can also perform a clean boot to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows 10. You can go to this

    The Xbox Insider Hub can be installed from Microsoft Store on your Windows 10 PC.

    1. Open Microsoft Store.
    2. Search for the Xbox Insider Hub.
    3. Select Get/Install.
    Stop participating in the Xbox Insider Program
    1. Launch the Xbox Insider Hub.
    2. Go to Settings > Manage devices.
    3. Select the consoles to unenroll from the Xbox Insider Program.
    4. Uninstall the Xbox Insider Hub.

    Are you checking the insider hub on PC or XBOX?

    I've played it on Xbox (Alpa insider) and in my PC insider hub it isn't showing. But on my xbox it still is.
