    Xbox insider hub major problems - please help!


    I downloaded and joined the xbox insider hub program, and it says that I'm joined, yet my console isn't listed in the "manage devices" section under "settings." Due to this glitch, I can neither un-enroll or re-enroll. When I called Xbox Support (useless),
    they couldn't help and redirected me here. The woman I spoke with also says that on her end, it shows that I'm not even joined. So what appears to be happening is that due to some kind of glitch, the app on my console thinks I'm joined, and yet the console
    itself and/or xbox live doesn't agree. ****? Can someone help, please?

    on my xbox when I go on the Xbox insider hub it says you are not able to join the xbox insider hub because of your last behaviour can you help please
