Xbox insider hub issue, Trying to play fsx seems farther than ever now

I understand CoD is for the casual crowd but this one seems to take it farther than ever with the killstreas that don't reset after death.

Hi Diego, I just posted through the xbox insider hub. That seemed much more difficult than it should have been. Is there anyway I could call in to customer service and report this issue and talk with a representative about this issue? I have had this
issue for over a year now and have been hoping that it would have been fixed in an xbox monthly update but that has not happened.

I just installed the xbox insider hub without an issue so it seems to only be Games and not apps that are having the issue. I can try another game to see if that gives the same problem just need to find a free game to try.

This may be an obvious question, but during all your troubleshooting, did you ever power cycle the Xbox and reset the power unit? Basically unplugging it for a few minutes after a hard reset?

Even if you don't see any performance issues, the system update still seems to be incorrectly downloaded based on what your status page says.

Have you tried an offline system update again, or possibly even try to download the update somewhere else? Just to rule out any connection issues.

I suggest also reporting this bug to the Xbox team through the Xbox Insiders Hub app and you can send a screenshot of that system update status page:
