Xbox Insider Hub Help

Hello, looking for help…

I have permission from my parents to use the Xbox Insider Hub and have tried everything from changing settings to looking at other threads for help.

I’m trying to figure out how to get into the Insider program and if there is anything I need to do, or if I am simply underage.

To clear anything up, I am over the age of 13, not under.

Q: Can anyone join the Xbox OS Update Preview?

A: Yes, if you’re at least 18 years old, which is required to accept our terms of use. Note that the available Update Preview ring(s) you can register with will be based on your Xbox Insider XP score and tenure in the program.

As far as I know, the Xbox Insider program is only for adults. You cannot join the program if you are a minor. Sorry about that.

Have you downloaded the Xbox insider hub app? I believe that update is still in beta. So to download it, you will need to go to the xbox store and down load the Xbox Insider Hub.
