Xbox Insider Hub deos not install

Hello, I'm going to ask for a help, i win a beta of the decaying 2 state, they sent me, you have to download the Xbox Insider Hub application, however when I click get or GET, but not low, with several times and still not downloading, I already tried some
things like wsreset.exe, but it did not solve, important to quote for any other program or game you can download, but those of the Xbox all for this issue, I recorded a video to demonstrate the problem:

I was invited to the "Sea of Thieves" Technical alpha. I have yet to gain access to the game install

Follow the steps below to get the Xbox Insider hub and to download the game:

• On your Xbox One, head to the Store

• Search for and install the Xbox Insider Hub

• Launch the Hub and you'll find Sea of Thieves waiting for you

• Click the icon which will take you through to the Store page

• Install as you would any other game

I had these instructions in the email. The prompt to do so in the hub simply is not there.

Let's try to isolate this issue so that we could find a way for you to install the Xbox Insider Hub app on your Windows 10 computer. Kindly provide us the following information:

Were able to install other games or apps from the Microsoft Store app?

Can you tell us other troubleshooting steps that you have tried so far?

In the meantime, I recommend that you try the following troubleshooting steps below:

Solution 1: Run the Windows app troubleshooter to scan and repair any Windows apps on your computer. You may refer to this
link to run the troubleshooter.

Solution 2: Reset the Windows Store app.

Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then click the Settings icon.

Select System, and then select Apps & features.

Find the Store app and then click on Advanced options.

Click Reset.

Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Let us know how it goes after performing the aforementioned solutions. We'd be glad to further assist you.

The Xbox Insider Hub can be installed from Microsoft Store on your Windows 10 PC.

Open Microsoft Store.
Search for the Xbox Insider Hub.
Select Get/Install.

Stop participating in the Xbox Insider Program

Launch the Xbox Insider Hub.
Go to Settings > Manage devices.
Select the consoles to unenroll from the Xbox Insider Program.
Uninstall the Xbox Insider Hub.

I have a gamertag, say "A", and got (without being able to make a choice) "B" when I installed the Xbox Insider Hub.

I got a message that my 'store' account wasn't the same as my Xbox account.

But I can't change "B" to "A"! Even after deinstallation of the Xbox Insider Hub.

Trying again to install the Hub, I received "B" again!

How can I login with "A" in a Xbox Insider Hub??

Hi I'm Peter an independent advisor, glad to hear you want to try out the insider hub. Anyone can register, you need to install the xbox insider hub first of all on either the PC or Xbox One:

Xbox One

Move over to the Store tab on the dashboard or select Store in the guide.

Choose Search.

Enter insider in the box, then select Xbox Insider Hub.

Select Get or Install.

On Windows 10

The Xbox Insider Hub can be installed from Microsoft Store on your Windows 10 PC.

Press the Start button, type store, then select Microsoft Store.

Select Search, enter insider in the box, then select Xbox Insider Hub.

Select Get or Install.

To sign in for the first time (use your gamer tag):

If you weren’t part of the old Xbox Preview Program, you’ll want to search the store for the Xbox Insider Hub. If you were, however, take a look in the updates section of My Games & Apps to update to the Insider Hub.

Accept the terms and conditions after opening up the Xbox Insider Hub

On the main screen for the Insider Hub, go to Insider Content section and select the Xbox One Update Preview section

Simply press the join button on the next page, and you’re in! Just keep in mind that it will take up to 72 hours to start getting preview updates.
