Xbox Insider app -> Manage devices

Discus and support Xbox Insider app -> Manage devices in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I can't see my xbox one listed in the "Xbox Insider" app, under Settings -> Manage devices.     Xbox Insider app -> Manage devices


    I can't see my xbox one listed in the "Xbox Insider" app, under Settings -> Manage devices.

    Does the list just not show the console you are currently using?

    Xbox one Preview Program Enroll on different xbox one need help

    You can unenroll from the Insider program by using the Xbox Insider Hub app, and going to Settings > Manage Device from every device

    Open the Xbox Insider Hub app and go to Settings > Manage Devices. There you can unenroll your console.

    Sorry to see any issues with the Insider App. The reason why a console wouldn't show up there is if a console isn't registered, but that doesn't mean there isn't a problem with it. You will want to ask this over on our Insider forums since you are part of
    the preview program.

    I ensured that you should now have access to the Insider forums linked at the bottom of my post. I've also got

    your other thread     pointing towards this one so you know your next steps. You'll want to post in there what's up with your console, and submit feedback through the app once your console is registered again about the Media Player bug you discovered. In the
    future, posting in the Insider forums will be the best place for you to get support after submitting feedback through your console. Thanks for understanding! Xbox Insider app -> Manage devices :)
