Xbox Insider Alpha Ring Update When Playing?

So, I'm in the Xbox Insider Program as part of the Alpha Ring and one complaint I have is that the console always kicks me off when I'm mid-game, this was a feature gamers hated when it was first introduced, so why bring it back in the Insider Program? Can't
you just update my device without booting me mid-game, I do have the option set for updates to be applied when my console is off mode. Who decided that this was a genius idea?

My idea for a perfect updating option would be if the console has been idle for a few hours then the console would produce with the update as set by the users time, not this auto-update whenever bs.

(Additional) Why is there an update almost every week half the time I don't even notice anything new?

Preview Ring 4, saying Preview Alpha:Time to Update

Hey, I'm in Preview Ring 4 of the Xbox Insider Program, but my announcements page says "Preview Alpha: Time to update". Is this an issue or am I now in Preview Alpha ring? Thanks!

 

What requirements i should have to joing in Alpha Ring after many Months Activity in Beta Ring?

i am from Germany and using XBOX Classic since April/May 2002, then XBOX 360, then XBOX ONE and now XBOX ONE X. Since 2016 i am using XBOX Insider Hub and i stay in Beta Ring, tested some Game Previews and Apps.

Now i want to join Alpha Ring, but Microsoft Support tells me, the only way i can join Alpha Ring ist via Invite from another People in the Alpha Ring.

But i dont know anyone in Alpha Ring.

What can i do to join Alpha Ring in XBOX Insider Hub?

So you are in the Insider program which tests console updates & are moaning that there's to many updates?

It tells you whats in every update in the Insider forums before the update is released.It even tells you what time the update is going to be released.

 

Not everyone logs into the forums every day, I'm just saying a little notification on the Xbox would be nice. It already has a section for Xbox Messages why not a section for Insider Messages.

 

Join the Insider club then you'll usually get a something in your activity feed.

To be fair though they give plenty of notice when an update is coming & what it's for & it takes 5 minutes at the most to check on the forums.

Each update is usually released at the same time as well,around 1-2 am U.K. time.

Been in the Insider (preview) program since it began & have never been interrupted mid game for an update.
