Xbox information privacy?

Playing a game that is cross platform and someone starts reading off my microsoft account information... im just so confused how he got this information so quickly. Does microsoft know how easy it is for people to get your information? Like honestly....
I am getting rid of this xbox, nothing but problems, microsoft screwed me over on repair, and now people reading off my information in game. Least they can do is reinburst the rest of my xbox live that I am cancelling in the morning.

It isnt Mircosoft's problem that other people with either a PC or PS4 can read your information. If the game has cross platform try and turn that off so there is a lower chance of your information getting leaked. Personally I've played Call of Duty Modern
Warfare and used to play Fortnite and had no problem with my information being leaked.

just to be sure, do you have the option that will Allow user created content, enabled too?

Also be sure to Sign out and sign back in again to see if that helps anything.

When on console, try removing and redownloading the profile again, keep in mind that this will require the account credentials.

details & Customize.

When you get there adjust it to allow and let us know if that helped.
