    Sorry - bit of a confusing title, but I'm having a range of issues - Firstly, my Insider seems to be stuck on Pending Update, which I only found after trying to troubleshoot why my xbox refuses to download games. I've tried a couple via GamePass and EA Access, but they aren't recognised, are stuck on 0% and show a very odd error code when I go to manage thr queue.

    With all the issues people have been having with Insider/Minecraft etc, I wonder if this might be connected?

    I've attached some images. Any help welcome - even to tell me I'm being a moron.FYI - connection is fine and streaming to my laptop etc works no problem.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try using the Beta App to update the games if the Store app is not working. If you are unable to download the Beta App then make sure your PC is up to date with no pending updates

    I can download games that are not connected with xbox game pass the ones that are connected with xbox game pass is just saying pending.

    Same issue here. Unable to use XBOX Live due to update. Connection test shows connected to the internet but failed connection to XBOX Live. Just tried to play a game and had to download an update for it, no issues. System update popped up, same failed update
    status code.

    www.xbox.com/.../livetou has all of the info on the terms of service. It is stated in there that you cannot get your xbox serviced by anyone but an unauthorized repair service and so with
    that having happened you are actually unable to be connected to xbox live. Because you are unable to connect to xbox live updates are not available to be downloaded from the live network. If you are unable to download said updates many games will be unavailable
    to play even offline but others that do not need the updates (ie. older games) will still be able to be played.

    No error codes, and no updates pending. All that happens is a message saying unable to connect to the cloud. Time after time after time. No problem now I have uninstalled the app, and the solitaire app too.
