Xbox indicates a problem on Xbox's services for too many days

Hi,

I can't connect my Xbox one to the internet for many days.

The console states that there is a problem on Xbox's side but the Network tab shows that everything is OK and on xbxox/status on the internet there are no indications of failed services.

Please help.

Can not connect to xbox live

Hello ,

Since 2 days , I can not connect to xbox live

I try to explain the solutions on the xbox ( turn off and back on the modern ... )

But there was no a positive result , so I just ask help

Ps : Is it possible that is a problem related to my xbox , the modern , to the operator or cables ?

My father and me think it may be related to too many internet connections for a singles router .

 

Too many Service alerts

So when live is having issues why can't I get some sort of reimbursement for it. It's not my fault xbox is having so many issues. I got booted from a PUBG match right in the middle of a heated battle. Not once, but 3 or 4 times. The xbox said it was on their
end, and I'm booted completely off live. I'm really unhappy that we as paying costumers have to just deal with it. Fix this please, and don't tell that we get free games every month, because most of those are crap games. I have an xbox one x if that helps.

please try the following.

Sign out of your profile on the Xbox One, when signed out please try to sign back in, this may require you to enter the account password etc.

If that isn't working, you will need to remove your profile from the console, via the steps here:

support.xbox.com/.../remove-profile-from-console

followed by a power cycle like mentioned on this link:
support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console

and then download your profile again.

I've done a power cycle (before removing anything) and it did the trick.
