    Xbox incompatibility


    Having recently purchased a new Bang and Olufsen 55 inch Avant TV I was persuaded to buy with it a new X box.

    However from time to time when loading a new DVD the faces of everyone come out bright blue (as in Avatar) and one has to switch back and forth between live TV and the X box in order to get correct face tones. I wondered if anyone else has this problem .B
    and O seem baffled.Tony

    incompatibility between xbox

    hi ,i bought an xbox one x ten days ago ,i have installed 4 games ,2 are fonctionnals ,2 are crashing litterally my xbox ,fifa 18 and PUBG,i have changed the xbox where i bought it ,try another fifa in vain

    so does anyone have a clue or an idea ?

    Hey Tony!

    Hmm that's odd. Does this happen with every new movie you pop into your console? And are they DVDs or Blu-Ray discs?

    Are you using the HDMI cable that came with your Xbox One console? And can you try a different HDMI port on your TV to see if that helps? And the last thing to try before we move on is testing your console out on another display/TV to see if the same issue
    happens. That'll help us really narrow down if the issue is with your console or your TV.

    Give it all a shot and let us know. Xbox incompatibility :)
