xbox in Sourh Africa sucks

I have listed this as support as I hope i can get some, I'm tired of the get better internet convo, sort the service out first. The past week has been, well dumb, for lack of a better word. Every other aspect of my home internet works perfectly fine, except
xbox... getting kicked from games and parties has become the norm now, and it really gets tiring. Are there actually any reasons for south africans to continue with xbox?? I would just like one day where i can just play with friends and randoms without losing
connection to the game world and parties, i know it's not my internet as nothing else seems to have an issue. Perhaps some honest clarity from an xbox staff member or support staff, just not ambassadors please, the few I've dealt with really believe they are
some kind of gift to mankind.

Why can't the Xbox support team be better trained in their job?

Hey dude,

Fellow SA gamer here, the only time i keep getting disconnected from the party is when it gets over 10 people and then for some reason it bugs out and have to go to game chat, but for just a few friends then it holds fine. The game disconnect pretty much
happens because i have a few externals plugged into my Xbox and for some reason the HDD disconnects and then kicks me out of the game.

I used to have issues in the beginning when my NAT was strict and that would boot me out of chats or games, could this be a possible reason (I know most of the time we all know how to open our ports and i hate being asked that question but its normally a go
to issue)?

Another thing that could be causing it would be using a VPN, I have a buddy that's getting a double NAT because of this and he constantly gets DC'd from games and chat, problem is he needs the VPN so he is working with his SP to try figure out a solution.

Does the DC happen in specific games or is it just random?

I know how frustrating this crap can be so im willing to try and help figure it out.
