    i have had many problems with my xbox all the time and it upsets me because i have supported xbox for a long time. I'm only 15 and my parents won't let me work yet so i don't really have money to throw around to get it fixed or to get a new one. one thing
    that i know i have to do do but i can't is a offline update and i can't do that because i do not have a computer. another thing that happens is i try to load into a game and it just me at like the stat screen then closes the application. sometime it puts
    me on a error code or report a problem or try again and a try again and the same thing happens and when i try to report a code it messes up even more it take me to a black screen. i can press the xbox button and go home.. i have talked to support and they
    say they will put me to someone higher then the person thats higher says they will get back to me but they never actually do. I'm very disappointed in the way xbox has treated me in the past couple years i want to ask my parents for the new xbox but if this
    keeps on happening then why wouldn't i just switch to ps4.

    - Press home button

    - Profile & system

    - Settings

    - General

    - Network settings

    - Test network connection

    Try using wired connection if possible.

    It's definitely an internet issue because since you can't play online there must be something wrong with your connection.

    Ever since everyone was supposed to stay home and practice social distancing there has been a large amount of users. More than usual so there can be problems with xbox live every now and then. Over the months there have been lots of reports of slow download
    speeds, being constantly kicked out of online games, not being able to send or receive messages, problems with friends lists and other things.
