Xbox image problems

It recently begins to present problems My Xbox One One that looks out greens and green points which does not let the image correctly, it looks like if interference was made. I leave a small sample

Is it a TV screen issue? Are you having this problem with anything else or is it JUST Xbox?

The problem is only with the Xbox. I already tried it on another TV and only when it connected the Xbox start to see points and green stripes are sometimes minimal and sometimes I am very big these spots. Now I have the problem that I do not have a good
resolution of 600 TV and if I put in 720 or 1020 p it does not give image

HDMI cables would not produce these kinds of artifacts. Your console's GPU is failing. It needs to be serviced. If you have a phat console, you're out of luck and it needs to be replaced outright. There is no way to repair this type of hardware failure.

That's not good. Perhaps it's the HDMI cable itself. Have you tried a new one?

You could also try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down the unplug it and let it sit for 10 minutes as well.

Have you tried connecting with the composite cables to see if you have the same result? If it is then Irixion's answer is correct and it will need to be serviced or replaced.

If it does not happen with the composite cables then it's just a problem with the HDMI connection in the console itself. The choice to replace or repair from there is yours.
