    Hallo Community,

    wie schon in der Überschrift steht lässt sich der Windows Identity Provider nicht installieren.

    Brauche den um mich bei der Xbox App anzumelden bzw. wenn ich in der Xbox app auf Anmelden drücke, passiert nix und die Xbox anmeldung brauche ich wiederum um Forza Horizon 4 spielen zu können, wo die Fehlermeldung "Du kannst ohne Profilanmeldung nicht fortfahren"
    kommt.

    Hab mir dazu schon paar Videos und diesen Thread https://answers.microsoft.com/de-de/windows/forum/windows_10-windows_store/forza-horizon-3-anmeldung-benötigt-sie/02365c0d-7d51-4213-8e03-28e8613d2b8b?page=3 durchgelesen doch hat bis jetzt alles nix gebracht.

    As already stated in the heading, the Windows Identity Provider cannot be installed.

    I need to sign in to the Xbox app or when I press the Xbox app to sign in, nothing happens and I need the Xbox sign in to play Forza Horizon 4, where the error message "You cannot continue without a profile sign in" appears ,

    I already have some videos and this thread https://answers.microsoft.com/de-de/windows/forum/windows_10-windows_store/forza-horizon-3-anmeldung-benötigt-sie/02365c0d-7d51-4213-8e03 -28e8613d2b8b? Page = 3 read through but nothing has worked so far.

    Hi Tobi,

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help troubleshoot the issue.

    The first thing to do is to make sure Windows has the latest update: Select check
    for updates now, and then select Check for updates. Or, select the Start button,
    then select Settings > Update & Security > Windows
    Update > Check for Updates. If there is an available update, select Install
    now. Update Microsoft Store: Select the Start button, and then from the
    apps list, select Microsoft Store. In Microsoft Store, select See more > Downloads
    and updates > Get updates. If an update for Microsoft Store is available, it will start installing automatically.

    Once everything is up to date, try to install Xbox Identity Provider from this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/x...h=1&wa=wsignin1.0&activetab=pivot:overviewtab

    idk why its now working but it works.

    I didnt do anything it just works now and i can play forza 4 for first time

    Make sure that, if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 21H2, because recently came out the latest update to Windows 10 and 11?
