Hello,

Who do I speak to about getting a name token? They changed my user ID name without consulting me first and I very much dislike what I got.

Contrast is a good game, the controls when i played it seemed fine (ps4)

 

If it was an enforcement action because your previous gamer tag violated the code of conduct.

When you signed up for the xbox live service you agreed to abide by the code of conduct and that was you consultation within in the code of conduct you agreed that if your gamer tag violates the code of conduct then the enforcement team will change it. and
if you want to change it to something else other then what they made it as then you would have to pay for that change.

There is no way around this and no one who can give you a token to change it without paying for it.

  • Images and other content you don’t have permission to use

• Content that promotes, or sounds or looks like words, phrases, puns, images or imagery that refer to any prohibited content
