Discus and support Xbox icloud? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have xbox app on my smart tv. When game is shown as not supported on icloud and it gives me qr code which I scan with my phone which sends me to buy...     Xbox icloud?


    I have xbox app on my smart tv. When game is shown as not supported on icloud and it gives me qr code which I scan with my phone which sends me to buy the game. If I buy it will that game be available to play on my smart tv or not? I do not have xbox console.

    It depends on the game. Not all games can be bought and played through the cloud. You do also need Game Pass Ultimate to play cloud games.

    I meant that I wanted to keep the outlook account and remove the icloud. My icloud owns Wild Hearts for the Xbox, so I'm worried about losing it if I did anything. If it's jist not possible, then thank you for helping

    You can keep those two accounts. For the account that has the iCloud email, try to replace it with a new or different email which you have access to. Removing iCloud email and replacing it with a new one won't lose your game.

    You can do that by signing in the account (iCloud email) to https://account.microsoft.com > Your info > Edit account info > Add new email and set it as a primary email for you to remove the iCloud.
