    My account has been banned because I blocked a person I beat in madden after they started cussing me out and I responded with curse words and blocked him but if xbox would look into complaints instead of just taking a players word then this wouldnt be happening
    I have a clean record and now my aacount is bring tampered with by xbox even though I pay for it . I should be online. And refunded all my money just for this happening plus it wont let me file an appeal that.

    NightfireZombie, this is incorrect.

    Support is unable to assist with suspensions. Calling support after you've been suspended will likely just be a frustrating experience, since they have no control over your profile's suspension.

    If somebody harasses you online just report that person. Retaliating is against the Code of Conduct and subject to acts of enforcement

    Read the Code of Conduct and the agreement you have signed for xbox live service

    To elaborate further on M3tal Daz3's reply. The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
    Case Review. Not all suspensions are reviewable though, as an example, 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable. However, you can find more
    information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

    One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.
    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps
    HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the
    Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review.

    Suspended account without activity

    Yes, I have looked into the enforcement site and I moderate my child's communication. Unfortunately both scenarios have not provided an explanation of the proof of the claim for the suspension. The issue is no longer the suspension, but that xbox fails to investigate every report they receive, and does not implement a punishment for those who false report. I think if we all be honest, we can clearly see that this is not an isolated incident. False reports lead to false suspensions and bans. The error falls on Microsoft and the management of the "safety department" where inappropriate player behavior is rewarded by the company.

    My account was wrongfully suspended I would like to know if there is a way on how i could get my account unsuspended

    Honestly I've been dealing with the same thing. I was falsely reported, my account is now suspended because Xbox enforcement team don't look into it, even the details of the report/ suspension say that there are no details. I even tried calling them and no one but a bot responds. Even through all the contact for support. And yea ik my response is super late.
