xbox I believe my son is being bulled by a hacker he has 3 enforcements on him for no good ...

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com in order to submit a case review. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If you or your son know someone else who might be violating the code of
conduct, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

This is bull crap. My Sons acct got banned for telling some one that was modding and using racial slur and abusive language that he was going to report him and have him either placed on probation or banned.. the guy kept message back with
[Mod Removed], and 2 days later my son got banned.. For.." impersonating Xbox personal"..all because he told the dude he was a xbox ambassador and part of this new rule enforcement program.

And now he's done his case review "questionnaire", it tells him he's always wrong about his answer. ..lmbo!

There's no way to contact these people. And after my son's has years of his life, 100's of dollars,in material and dlc's, the pretty much are saying[Mod Removed] to him!

I mean what kind of half crap investigation are they doing when they don't even contact either party, and just make a decision to ban some ( that has a good reputation and never got into any trouble on xbox) with out even talking to them?

Me too. What's the go. Also today I had some kid accuse me of being a hacker cause I killed him 4 times then he reckons that he reported. My best kills re deaths was 12 - 15. If I was a hacker I believed they'd be doing a better job

I am reaching out to you because I have no idea how these things work and I need help. My son was banned yesterday on xbox for 7 days. He was very upset so I did the review thing not knowing that my son was actually the one being bullied. I have screen
shots of this other gamer threatening my son who is 10. He told him he was going to have him banned and that he was going to spam him and somehow sign into his xbox and destroy it. Support said they can't help me and there is no where to message the so called
"enforcement". I would be more than happy to email the screen shots I have.

As far as currently feel "xbox" is partaking in bullying my child and ignoring him being threatened. Can you please make a suggestion?

if your son hasn't done anything and people are reporting him then the enforcement team will look into it but if he is being bullied or harassed then I suggest you or your son to report and block them.
