XBox Hub account error

Hi all,

So this week I was selected for the Sea of Thieves Technical Alpha. When I try to login to my microsoft account on the XBox Hub I get an error saying "incorrect password". I'm sure that I'm using the right password, because I used it moments ago to log in
to chrome. Also, when I try to "recover password" I get three options: to send an e-mail for a new code to an e-mail address I've never seen before, to send a text message to a phone number I've never seen before or to call the same phone number. How the hell
is this possible?! When I check my Microsoft account on Google Chrome the e-mail address and phone number don't show up.

I just want to play Sea of Thieves already. Hope someone can help me out.

Unable to access Xbox Insider Hub

I have this error code (0x80073cfd) when I tried to access Xbox Insider Hub. I just updated my Xbox One S after transitioning from Xbox Preview Alpha to Latest Xbox Experience. I keep getting an error message when trying to go on Xbox Insider Hub.

Hi, I got an error for the Xbox Hub with the code : 0x80048103



I looked at the forum, on google, everywhere and tried a lot of things with the Xbox Apps but nothing is working.

When I try to send a message with the link on the window, it says that I must connect to my account and the same error appear



But my microsoft account is linked to this computer and 2 others, on my xbox and I open my session with my microsoft account.

I thought the problem was only for the xbox hub and the xbox insider hub but no.

I can log everywhere on the microsoft services without any error.

Does anyone have a solution?
