you see the message Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception. If you do not see a survey for an exception, then unfortunately all you can do is
wait for your limit to reset on its own.

That's 5 months with a console I cant use ... that's unacceptable

Never knew this was a thing, good to know. I'll have to be care in the future especially if I decide to purchase a new box soon
