Hey Microsoft I Really Need My Home Xbox Reset So I Can Game Share With My Friend I Was Game Sharing With Another Person But He Tricked Me And Used All My Home Xboxs Up And Now I Can't Use His Games But He Still Has Access To All Of Mine Please Help

 

Why would yall chamge the limit option for the support team to rest my home xbox

They changed it from 3 home Xbox changes per year to 5 home Xbox changes per year.

The home console feature is meant for sharing content across an Xbox console that you own. Not for sharing games with friends so that they dont have to pay for them. Doing so is considered marketplace theft and can result in both people involved being banned.

If you have used up your 5 Xbox home console changes they you will have to wait 1 year from the time you used your first home console change before you can do so again. As you have discovered support wont reset the counter for you.

 

you have to call support and try and convince them if they say no then you have to wait 12months after the first transfer

 

I need my xbox sharing reset my daughter decided to mess with it and now my game system is messed up

As ngocphi mentioned to the OP, if you need your home sharing reset, you will need to reach out to official support and see if they will reset it. If they do not, you will have to wait until the system
allows it which is one year after each of the 5 home console selections.

You can go to Contact Us | Xbox Support to request a call back from support in your region.

 

Unfortunately Xbox users and Xbox Ambassadors cannot reset a home Xbox, and we cannot give you more changes, however you do get 1 additional change 12 months after you set a home Xbox, this applies every time you make a new Xbox One your Home Xbox,
