Xbox home screen, games, and apps are not loading

So I've been having a couple problems with my Xbox recently in the past couple of days. My games and apps would take some time to start up and would sometimes say to try again because the game/app would take too long to load. This happened over a span
of two days until this morning. This morning when I got on I loaded up a game and played it for a while until wanted to play a different game and I couldn't loud that game up. I tried multiple times to load the game and it didn't work. I then manually restarted
the console and started it back up. It took awhile (estimated 5-10 minutes) before the console finally loaded past the loading screen. When it finally loaded up, the home screen was black and I couldn't see anything (games, apps, etc.) on the homescreen. I
pressed the home button on my controller and the menu appeared along with the Home, Games and Apps, Store, and Notification icons. The things missing are the games and apps that have recently been played along with the promotions at the bottom. When I cycle
through the other icons (Sign in, Achievements, Multiplayer, People, Communication, Capture & share, and System) everything in those categories appears to be there. I'm unable to start a party due to unknown causes. I am able to go to my profile but nothing
appears when I do. I am able to see the gamer pictures of my friends, their gamertags, and what game they are currently playing, but when I look at their individual profile nothing appears. I can see the gamer picture of people who message me and their gamertags
but not the conversations. when I click on a conversation an error appears saying,"We can't get all of your messages right now. Check back later." My recent do not appear and it looks as if I haven't recorded anything. Strangely enough though I am able to
access the settings I am able to access everything and it's accessories in the settings menu except for Storage and Capture and share. When I look on My games & apps, the suggested apps icons are there but the picture displayed on them is gone and replaced
by what their category would be (music, avatar creator, etc.). When I look at the group that created, Disney+ and Netflix are the only visible icons displayed with their picture along with the gear that represents the settings. The rest are games that are
displayed with the pin and paper icon instead of their game cover/picture. I also am getting notifications of friends that get on Xbox. Please inform me if this information helped a lot or if anyone else has had this problem recently and knows a way to fix
it.
