Xbox Home Screen Bugged

Just a few days ago I turned my Xbox One on and it took longer than usual to boot up. After I got to the home screen I signed in just fine, but afterwards I tried to play FIFA 16 and my home screen froze. After waiting for a while it unfroze but didn't load
the game. The second time I tried it went into full screen but the game never loaded, so I went to the home screen and tried another game, but it did the same thing, I tried to sign out but when I pressed A on my profile the screen got dim but the profile
screen never showed up and I still had control of the home screen. I tried to then turn my console off by holding the home button on my controller and the option to turn the console showed up but I couldn't choose any option but instead I was still in control
of the home screen in the background while the option to power off my console or remote was still on the screen.

Hi i recently tried gamesharing for the first time however it claims i've done this 3 times already ik i haven't so help please

 

Try pressing and holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until it completely shuts down. Then wait 15 seconds and power it back on and see if that resolves the issues. Hope this helps.
