Xbox home non working

Hi, i have game pass ultimate bought into my account.

My friend and i we want to sharing It, i logged into his console and set my account as Xbox home, i checked, my account Is setted as Xbox home in his console.

But dont work, says that he have to buy game pass, already tried with cleaning the cache, nothing changed.

What we have to do? Thanks

Can't access any subscription content at all?

Ask your friend to remove their account from the console and then clear the cache again. Try to perform a cache clear with the following steps.

1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

3. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

5. Your cache should be clear at this point.

After he add his account again and check if he can use the subscription.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your questions. Typically no it isn't supposed to work that way when you are on the non home Xbox under a different profile than the one with the subscription. The best way to do this would have the profile that owns
the Ultimate subscription play on the non home Xbox. All other profiles, would play on the Home Xbox. The way it is supposed to work on the non home Xbox only if the primary account is logged in.

still having issues. Set gold account 1 console 1 to non home, and non gold account 2 console 2 to home which was working last night, but this morning same issue again non gold account holder can't play online unless account 1 signs in and then throws
the other xbox out due to being sign in to 2 xbox's. cheers Darren

1. Sign into your Xbox that you intend to use the Non-Gold profile with and set to the Home Xbox.

2. Sign into your other Non-home Xbox with your Gold Account.

The idea is that the console that you use non gold profiles on should be set to the home Xbox. This way you can sign into any other Xbox with the gold account and access gold while the other non gold profiles access gold from the home Xbox.
