Xbox home missing/not working

I was installing Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands and when it finished I went to start the game but it said it was corrupt so I should try to uninstall it and reinstall it so I did it still said the same thing so I did it one more time after that last
time I tried doing a hard turn off of Xbox One after the download finished before starting The game up to se if that would help and when I started my Xbox up it wouldn't get past the green screen with the bubbles going across the bottom meaning it is loading
so after 30 minutes waiting on a screen that normally only takes seconds I did a light turn off and waited for like 30 seconds then turned it on again and when it turned on it booted normally and took a lot less time at the green screen this time but when
it turned on it had the same error code as before but this time it was over a blank Home Screen, so I hard reset it and when I did that it started the same way but then went to the store with no connection I found a way to get to games and apps area but the
Home Screen wont work and the xbox menu when you press the middle button on the controller doesn't work either, and none of the games start so I need help.

Home Xbox not working

If you have changed this setting 3 times in a year then You will have to contact support directly as they are the only ones that can reset that counter. Keep in mind since there is a 3 change per year limit they are not obligated to do it but definitely
worth a try.

Also, you can only have one profile and the home xbox on your console so if you already have a profile set as the home xbox on this console you will need to remove it. Good Luck!

 

Home xbox not working

im trying to make my brothers account my home xbox account but for some reason it is not letting me. Everytime I press the button "Make this my home xbox", it doesn't save or something. When i go into games and apps, none of his games are there, only the
ones linked to my account. How do I fix this?

Sorry to hear about the issues with loading Ghost Recon: Wildlands. Let's have you try to perform a full

Factory Reset, but make sure to keep your Games & apps. This will refresh the console fully, but you won't need to reinstall any games or apps. You will need to re-sign into any profiles you had on the console again though.
