Xbox home issue

    Ok so my brother and I both have Xbox ones since those Christmas at both of my houses (mother/father). And most of our games are purchased digitally through the Xbox store. So we can both play at the same time, I set the console he is playing on as a home
    Xbox on my account. I did this every time we switched houses until today when I tried to switch again and I discovered that I can only switch up to 3 times a year. So now only one of us can play our games. I find this to be very stupid as it is preventing
    us from enjoying playing Xbox simply because we can not buy 2 copies of every game. I was wondering if there is any work around or anything I can do to get past this.

    You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year. That's pretty much it. The system you and your brother would have worked to share games if you didn't keep changing it so many times. I'm not sure why you did, but back to
    what I said at the beginning of this post... You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year so waiting is the only option I see. Have a nice day. :)

    Hi, if you're having problems with the Home Xbox setting it's best to call Xbox phone support, they may be willing to check and reset the Home Xbox feature on your account.

    Yes I purchased the games with my profile. And do you really think I haven't tried a hard reset a factory reset and a multitude of other things. I came here because none of the normal problem solutions worked.
