    Xbox home issue


    I messaged xbox support the other day, but still having this issue. I'm sharing my account with a friend, I've done the usual, my profile is set as home xbox on hers and hers on mine, but whatever reason any games I purchased, she is having to buy and not share mine. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Does my account need to be signed in on her console for it to work. The game pass games are showing up as usual, but not the games I've purchased, she tried install hogarts and it says buy only, I even tried installing it on her console under my profile and it still says I have to buy

    You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year. That's pretty much it. The system you and your brother would have worked to share games if you didn't keep changing it so many times. I'm not sure why you did, but back to
    what I said at the beginning of this post... You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year so waiting is the only option I see. Have a nice day. :)

    Hi, if you're having problems with the Home Xbox setting it's best to call Xbox phone support, they may be willing to check and reset the Home Xbox feature on your account.

    Yes I purchased the games with my profile. And do you really think I haven't tried a hard reset a factory reset and a multitude of other things. I came here because none of the normal problem solutions worked.
