    So last year in December I had a glitch were the game sharing undid itself and I had to wait till the first month of the year I believe on the 17th and it would reset and I did that I waited and then I game shared twice end it ended itself again and then
    it told me I was not eligible for more game sharing till one year later. I was really confused because from what I understand every year you get five I called Xbox and they confirmed that I do get five and that is what I’m saying is true I should have at least
    three more but they were not on able to help me I was OK with waiting one month last year but for this to happen again it’s not understandable I don’t wanna be rude or anything but like it’s honestly some [mod removed] I pay like everyone else and I love Xbox
    and for them to tell me straight up there’s nothing we can do you have to wait one is [mod removed] I had a glitch with my name changed by itself to I called Xbox they said it was a glitch with Xbox he would fix itself in about a week or two I waited but it’s
    so hard to get a hold of them now that no one talk to me I ended up paying $10 to change my name back to my old one honestly services are just getting [mod removed] this is the way of seeing if anyone else has had this issue and if they got any help?

    Which play anywhere titles are you having issues with? What exactly "Does not work" Do the games not start? Do they not show up? What is it?

    Hi there,

    It's 5 on a rolling yearly basis. If you do a change at the first of January, February, March, April and May, the next time you can make 1 change is January. Then have to wait till February for the next change.

    Not exactly. All 5 changes are not reset at the same time. On 1/17 you were probably supposed to have 1 of your changes returned since it had been 1 year. When you did the 2nd, you had another 1. The other 3 changes may not have reset yet since it may
    not have been a year since you did them.
