    My brother activte the Home-Console and he put me into his Family and he has Gold but i can´t play or start a party, can someone help me please.

    I dont have my Xbox-Home-Console on.

    So, reading up about this, it seems the Xbox 360 DRM controls have changed now too, so either console you can change your home console every four months.

    You don't need any kind of kit, just go to Xbox.com for your 360, or in the Xbox One dashboard and change your home console.

    The one difference I identify between the two systems is the console license on the 360 assigns to the console the game is first downloaded to, whereas the One, it's whatever your home console is regardless of where you download it.

    Make sure the account with the Gold subscription is set as the console's home xbox then try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. https://support.xbox.com/contact-usHold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts
    down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Hey Kevin thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us!

    Just so we are on the same page here bud, the account that has Xbox Live Gold is set to home correct? If that is the case and your account cannot start a party it could be a NAT issue sincethe NAT type, combined with
    the NAT type of other players, determines whether you can successfully use multiplayer gaming or party chat. Go ahead and check out our

    NAT troubleshooter
    and keep us posted on any changes!

    We suggest as previously stated to try the
    NAT troubleshooter
    since it seems to be the issue preventing the start of parties. We also suggest

    Requesting a Callback
    from one of our Xbox Support Specialists so we can do this step by step style and make this as effortless as possible. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

    If the previously posted troubleshooting hasn't helped then I would suggest trying to port forward your network connection or try another way to connect.

    If you are wireless, try a wired connection or vice versa.

    We have information on how to port forward your connection on our support site entitled

    Network ports used by Xbox Live on Xbox One
    but if we do not have information on your particular networking device in hardware forums, then I would see if you find the instructions on
    portfoward.com.

    Give those steps a try and let us know how that helped
