So I have a question.

Acount A and B are gamersharing. Can there be a acount C that also puts his acount on acounts A s console. Then acount A will also be able to play acounts C s games???

Digital games on console question

Does this mean changing your home console automatically assigns the console licences to the new home console's console ID without the need of using the licence transfer tool?

Also, does this mean if you download a game away from your designated home console, it still gives the licence to the home console's console ID and not the one you download it on that is not set as your home console?Click to expand...

So, reading up about this, it seems the Xbox 360 DRM controls have changed now too, so either console you can change your home console every four months.

You don't need any kind of kit, just go to Xbox.com for your 360, or in the Xbox One dashboard and change your home console.

The one difference I identify between the two systems is the console license on the 360 assigns to the console the game is first downloaded to, whereas the One, it's whatever your home console is regardless of where you download it.

Hi there,

The answer to you're question depends on if the console is the account's home console or the account just logged in.

How the sharing works is that an account can mark one (1) Xbox One as the account's home console.

If Account A marks Console B as its home console, any account(s) on Console B will have access to Account A's games. If Account B goes to another
console wanting to play Account A's games, it will need Account A logged into that console.

Basically for what you want done to work is account C would have to set account As console as its home console then account A would be able to play account Cs games without account C being signed in at the same time.

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention.

If the previously posted troubleshooting hasn't helped then I would suggest trying to port forward your network connection or try another way to connect.

If you are wireless, try a wired connection or vice versa.

We have information on how to port forward your connection on our support site entitled

Network ports used by Xbox Live on Xbox One but if we do not have information on your particular networking device in hardware forums, then I would see if you find the instructions on
portfoward.com.

Xbox support doesnt have the ability to grant additional switches.
