    How i can put home console setting off without xbox one. I don' t have xbox one anymore, because i sold it to random buyer. And now he playing my downloaded game and use my live gold with his own gamertag. Customer service was help me yesteday, but i don't
    know is that problem solved? Can MS use some remote management to put turn off that home console setting. It's not nice if somebody play my games or use my live gold for free

    Upgraded to Xbox one s but a problem

    Is the old Xbox One still set up?Sometimes people will still have the old console set up as the home console in settings and this will cause issues if the S is also set up as the home console.

    Are we talking about the app notifications? How do you know hes playing if you dont use live anymore. Please provide me more details.

    He send email for me and he was suprise that how he can download fifa 14 (my game) for free and play that in live and use explorer as normal. I was suprise too.
