Xbox home and friends

Okay so here's how it started about four months ago I let my friend use my account so he could get games because he just got the Xbox One. And he's had it till today. Now another one of my friends one day and we made the deal that all three of us will pay
for my Xbox Live, and now we will have to pay a lot less for Xbox Live so instead of $60 every year it's $60 every 3 years. My friend had my Xbox as his home. But when I was going to let the other guy have my account, I also use set as home so that way I can
play offline then he went on my account and click set as home so he could also use my games. Now my first friend lost all my games and it's telling him that he needs to sign in on the account that owns all of the games. He tried sending it as his home again
and he said we can only do it 3 times a year. So then I almost lost my games and I click set as home and it worked. I will gladly let my first friend get all the games again and my second friend lose the games because my second friend just got them while my
first still has no games because he had all the games I had. Yet even though I can only click the set as home button 3 times I was able to afford time. If I try once more to let friend number one click set as home do I risk once again losing all of my games
for another 9 months?

You have an issue with it being an app? An app is an application, also known as a program. Every computerized device (including consoles) have programs. The Xbox One is no exception - it's just more prominent.

I would stop what your doing altogether as its against the xbox ToS and Code of Conduct and considered Marketplace Theft and can and WILL get your account as well as your friends account permanently banned.

The xbox home feature was meant for sharing your xbox live gold and games across all accounts on YOUR xbox. NOT sharing games or membership with friends so they dont have to pay.

What are some specific examples of marketplace theft?
Marketplace theft includes, but isn’t limited to:

• Getting, asking for, or using redemption codes illegitimately
• Transferring licenses to your console from an account that you didn’t create
  
• Using a system glitch or loophole for financial gain
• Using any sort of “shared” account to avoid having to pay for games or content
  
• Successfully redeeming or giving away a code and contacting customer support claiming the code didn’t work
  
• Attempting to defraud Microsoft or authorized agents
• Fraudulently transferring content licenses
  
• Sharing account credentials
• Asking to be added to someone’s third party subscription (such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.), in order to avoid restrictions or payment
  

Also if you do get permanently banned for this you Forfeit any of your dlc without refund.

CONSEQUENCES

A violation of the Microsoft Code of Conduct may be cause for these or other actions:

• Automatic assignment of a new Gamertag, if you create an inappropriate Gamertag.
  
• Content deletion, if you create or use inappropriate Content.
• Restrictions (e.g., communications, multiplayer, account access) on your use of Xbox Live services, if you abuse those services.
  
• Permanent suspension or device ban, if you commit an egregious violation that includes, but is not limited to: hacking, modding, profile tampering, fraud, trading or stealing accounts or Gamertags, severe racial remarks, impersonating Xbox staff, displaying
  nudity, repeatedly creating inappropriate Gamertags or profile content, distributing URLs to phishing sites.
  
• Permanent suspension or device ban, if you try to avoid suspension with alternate accounts and/or devices.
  
• Permanent suspension or device ban, if you repeatedly commit violations.

UPON RECEIVING A PERMANENT SUSPENSION, YOU FORFEIT ALL CONTENT LICENSES, GOLD MEMBERSHIP TIME, AND MICROSOFT ACCOUNT BALANCES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUSPENDED ACCOUNT.
