    a few of my friends have been setting my account as there home xbox account and i cant change it back it keeps saying you van only change 3 times a year but i cant set my account as the home account please help

    Store bought games not playing

    Make sure your kids account has your Xbox as it's Home xbox. If you don't want to make it his home xbox, you can sign into both accounts at the same time, even in single player games.

    Sorry to hear it. You'll need to contact phone support for more assistance if you cannot change the Home console. 1-800-469-9269 if you are in North America or click the link to have them call you back.

    I would also recommend heading over to your friend's houses and deleting your gamertag from their consoles.
